This is a wholesome game! I really like it!

And I have two questions about game's content:

• What are experiences and how do I unlock them?
• Is there a guide of sorts to unlock all of the Easter Eggs? So far I found only one - in morning with Marion in the bed after first night, and I did it 'cause I've got a hint on some forum (that's basically all the hints on easter eggs there =_=). I'm absolutely clueless as to when and how to unlock them - there are no signs on when or where you should click =_=
